I think this def needs more looking into ... Bill Clinton named Sandra McBrayer teacher of the year in 1994.. And she is on the Board of the Children's Initiative .. I am just seeing all of this but i will try to look into it a little further as well. How in the world did you find this school, btw?

I also have noticed this rather odd organization in my personal life. This is a school that works with young people who are mentally or otherwise disabled, to help them to be able to work within society. I work with someone who goes to this school. It seems a little weird, and the name is definitely ominous due to the connections to MKULTRA terminology. They seem to a a legitimate school though from what I can tell, and if anything perhaps the advertisement is a subliminal indicating that the school will "sever" the ties between the students and their family (who saw them as life-long dependents otherwise).

It seems all weird to me too. The name of the school, 'monarch', might be a reference to the "Project Monarch", a trauma based mindcontrol and sexkitten programming within MKUltra. And 'sever' is also short for morbus sever, which is an inflammation of the heel that only occurs in children and young adolescents also named 'Achillodynia'.
