The Leave Britney Alone guy is friends with Alefantis and they visited the White House together. Glenn Beck is in the news footage not in the original production. Whether Beck gave permission because he knows Alefantis is still in the air.

If you took the time to dig two clicks deeper you would see the credits as "Glenn Beck (Archival Footage)", meaning they had to credit him for using previous footage of his show. The same for Sean Combs (aka puff daddy) and others. All this proves is Alefantis took some footage of Beck for his 'movie' and had to give credit for it.
