It's hard to know what to say about this, but it does seem odd. I've been suspecting for quite some time that all these businesses may be linked in some way. After all, you wouldn't want anyone around who you couldn't risk seeing something they shouldn't. Maybe someone should conceal a 24 hour surveillance cam directed at the Comet car park.
