I'm not convinced that Wikileaks is 'compromised.' The fact is that they keep their cards close to their chest and don't say any more than they absolutely have to. They do not dance to anyone else's tune. Everything will come out when Wikileaks thinks the time is right, and that's after long and complicated verification protocols have been adhered to. I remember when Wikileaks didn't release anything on their tenth anniversary pow wow everybody went crazy and said Assange had betrayed us all. And look what happened! People should just learn to be patient. And when Wikileaks says, "You ain't seen nothing yet," I tend to believe them.
I agree. Also, I have to wonder--possible compromise aside--with the current narrative that a Russian hack was responsible for the emails being released, why isn't the government openly going after Wikileaks? Wouldn't that bolster their argument and remove a player from the field if they shut down an international criminal conspiracy to disrupt the election? If it's truly a hack (or a series of hacks), wouldn't the government and media at least mention Wikileaks' responsibility as much as they mention fake news and Russian shit-stirring? I'm not sure of the legalities, but I would think that someone at least would be trying to compel WL to give up their sources. Ah, well. Maybe it's easier to just infiltrate them.
Wikileaks has a few times implied that the podesta leak was Seth rich. Considering it's against their policy to tell you their leak that's very telling.
They were referring to the dnc leaks, given seth rich was a junior dnc staffer it's seems credible. The podesta emails were a bogus password reset email. That's what I find so hilarious John Podesta was not hacked, he was outsmarted and tricked into voluntarily giving his password. Who cares who did it a Gmail account is a service not a piece of property, use responsibly or have hilarious shit happen to you.
That is actually hacking. Its called phishing and is a type of social engineering. I thought the dncleaks were guccifer 2.0 hacks. Hasnt he admitted to that?

I consider Wikileaks possibly compromised until proven otherwise. But we can always hope.

They've done more than 'imply'! But I think Rich was the one who leaked the DNC emails, not the Podesta emails.
