Biden is creepy and very touchy with kids, but just watching from the 20 min mark, yes he seemed to protect his granddaughter, except if you watch several times right before it appears he slaps Joe's hands away, it looks like the little girl's hair was caught in something and Jeff Session's was trying to untangle it or something going on there, ignore Biden, pay attention to the interaction with the girl and Sessions. It appears he was concerned about her hair , maybe a barrette or something, and he isnt slapping Biden's hand away, he's telling the girl "don't touch it" and doing something with her hair. I don't think Sessions even realized Joe was headed toward them. Joe says "uh oh what happened" as they're walking away. But Sessions wasn't even paying attention to Biden so probably didn't hear him.

Watch it a few times paying only attention to what Sessions is doing, it appears at first glance he is slapping Joe's hands away, but Sessions is focused on the girls hair, the "slap" wasn't at Joe's hands bc if u watch closer Joe's hands weren't the issue nor was Session's hands aligned with slapping hands away. I watched it several times closely and had volume up to hear what was going on.

With all that being said I am 100% pizzagate, I believe something is up with Biden, but not with the moment that appears to have Sessions slapping the hands away. Many other questionable moments with Joe and other girls tho.
