I agree plus it's blood plasma which is being used. College students make money all the time by giving blood plasma. I had a friend who did it as often as possible when she was in college and that was over a decade ago. Unless they stopped paying people for plasma, I assume college kids still do it along with people who need some quick cash.

On that note, I could see a reason for children to be trafficked for blood transfusions, with a side of raping, then organ harvesting. Kill 3 birds with one stone.

I'd assume the younger blood the better, given people obsessed with anti aging, but more than that, everyone in need of organ transplant may want a blood transfusion, anyone who is unhealthy, dying, or has a relative who is ill could easily hop on board with this...Whether they know the blood would be coming from trafficked children or not. There's a point of desperation that can hit many people (like going to black market for organs, etc), that same desperation can be used as "I heard the kids are trafficked that I am getting this blood transfusion from, but I don't know that for sure, besides, i need blood to help me live and not leave my kids fatherless/motherless, so if I don't take this blood someone else will, so I might as well be the one getting it"

This could cause for more trafficking, a lot more. God, who knows what will happen behind the seens at abortion clinics now, it'll probably go from selling baby parts to saving the baby's life to suck the blood out then selling parts. Anything for the "health" of the mother. 😩

I looked into Bitcoin once but it seemed way too complicated for me to grasp. I think the best solution would be for banks to just accept payments over the net.
