exactly, remember that photo of him wearing the 'I [heart] L'enfant' shirt?' also childrens voices were used and they said all sorts of vile things -- if there is a ring of perverted child rapists then they'd be able to do this but who else could? it's not kids playing because it was a really serious and involved loads of payphones, information gathering, etc...
