According to Bombards Body Language, Hillary was looking at someone specific during key words in her speech. That part starts around 6:45 or so on the video and ends 7:04. She slows it way down and explains it all. Wonder if we can find a view of the audience and try to figure it out? It's interesting at least, and could be helpful with the In vestigation to see who she is possibly afraid of, or even answering/speaking to.
