Hard to say but either way every time I see this girl she is screaming "please fucking help me!!" Anyone with a heart can see this isn't normal and that this girl hasn't slept in weeks/been drugged... Farrrrk when will this sick shit end...

Agreed! I think she's probably drugged in this picture. Her pupils are pretty large. We can tell by the contrast between light and shadow, there's a significant light source near the girl. Her pupils should be constricted, if anything. My heart hurts for this kid.
