Hillary's brother's license is for mining gold. If your premise is their goal was to rape Haiti of resources, before amber prices tank, then state that, and quote the portion of the article that shows her brother's mining rights would allow them to take amber. You would want to quote a source showing Haiti's amber exports going through the roof, as well.
