You're showing your ignorance here. How did you come to moderate a forum about Pizzagate when you don't even know that people have been trying to explain Alefantis's hashtag #carisjames for ages? You are wasting OUR time.

Carisjames is a hash tag used by Allefantis, everyone is trying to find out the meaning.

I suppose if you don't want a witness, and you don't want to be caught murdering the kid or disposing of the body, it's best to get a kid who will die naturally before they can even tell the story, it's the perfect crime if you can afford to find these kids. It would potentially explain why Madeleine McCann's parents never seemed actually hopeful they would find their daughter, they could have known she was either dead or would die soon anyway. Furthermore, the fact that they were doctors would have allowed them to diagnose her condition in secrecy. I'm just speculating here of course.
