We need a physician to look at it. This picture alone might now be that big of a deal (emphasis on might), but we've got a trove of circumstantial evidence and this is just something else to add to the ever-growing pile. Either way its gross and reiterates the oddness of these people.

At the risk of sounding silly, I'd bet my next paycheck this is rolled-up, sliced roast beef, bacon, onions, mushrooms, and cheese on crust.

Looks like it could be pastrami, but I'm not a hipster, ridiculous topping on pizza expert, either--I tend to save deli meats for the sandwich or at least dice it.
