So, going off of the properties Alefantis owns from this post https://voat.co/v/pizzagate/1485593 I looked into this one:

It shares a building with CousCous Catering who happens to have a picture with Hillary Clinton on it http://www.couscouscatering.com/

Ok, so maybe that's just a coincidence. I'd have to look into them more for anything strange.

But for some reason Google is telling me an Elementary School is in this building too?

When I google Payne it gives a different address.

In the google reviews for that school someone mentions that google has the address wrong so that could possibly be the explanation.

Look for connections to Philip Paule-Carres, the Podesta nephew, he is contractor. I found that he did some work on a DC area school and another public building.
