One way pizzagate ties with Skull&Bones is the coffin initiation ritual that includes sodomy. If you read Crowley and about other occult magick rituals, especially of OTO, they willingly subject themselves to sodomy from another male as it's part of their initiation into the Order, so they also believe they can subject young boys to it as part of their "religion."

This does not mean that there is not a double meaning, though. It has also been put forth that the significance of the 14 and the fish relates to the story in Egyptian mythology of the murder of Osiris by Set, and therefore could mean that John Podesta is member of the Temple of Set, but this has not been confirmed.
