We should all know what Pegasus is by now. The Project/Lovechild or JA. This is a building behind houses and only access is through the alley and it is 1 house down from a park where children play. Also, said park historically was a Trolley Turnaround site.

Another person he kinda looks like is the guy that does the video tour of CPP.. but you only get to see the guys face for a split second, and he doesn't sound like Ryan so I think not.

Okay so I'll comment, and say that chickenlover has made me wonder if he is Ryan. I have speculated, and mostly decided he is not. I believe Ryan and think he is 100 true but why not bring up the phisical characteristics are similar and while I think they're not the same ask others their opinion.

Love these photos, what I really want is to do is, by looking at all the photos make maps of the property that show the layouts we know about. As in maps of the floors and what we know that have looked like before and after renovations. I would love to have floor plans, even if they're made by us.

The stairs going down are actually the stairs going up. Look back at the posts I've made and you will see that the White painted cinder blocks are on the left of the stairs and the bricks are on the right, which matches up with that picture. The note on the door does need to be deciphered just to clarify but it's likely instructions on where to enter or something similar. There is a map in one of my posts that someone made which shows some of the layout.

I'm sorry maybe I ,missed something but I am an artist and lived in Montreal for many years and before that Los Angeles. These people in the photos are mostly artists I'd bet and yes, hipsters can be annoying but not sure what this fascination i with this building. Honestly he's trying to be the Piped Piper to his younger art friends. They probably have no idea what he is up to. Seen this a lot in the art world as well. Concentrate on the Clinton Foundation. Jimmy has filled in all the holes by now

Words on the note on the gray door in 10th picture look to be in all caps. Second word might be SIGNS. The 4th word maybe OWL. The 5th word seems to have a little devil's tail drawn - or it could just be an arrow?

How is this artist connected to Pegasus? I can't remember, but the title of her paintings may tell a story with the ending "we're all in this together" I think the story is of her recruitment into this ring and how she's now raping children in the kill room. The last painting shows that and notice the painting with the hand over the child's mouth.

Then she has the story/writing on a different part of her website about getting pregnant and peeing and eating a private pizza in hiding under a tent then vomiting after eating the pizza. It's really bizarre. These people are so far gone.
