This title is total clickbait, the lyrics are creepy but they are NOT sacrificing a baby. The 'headless baby' in question is the toy horse (go to 1:33 and you can see the legs and hooves in the bottom of the screen)

Repost this with a less clickbait title and why you believe they are talking about baby sacrifice/why this is related to pizzagate

Because the lyrics are about a baby since toy horses don't breath, and since there are numerous references to babies being killed amongst JA's circle of friends, and since "Personal and the Pizza" was found near the top and not "Personal and the Headless Toy Horse."

I checked the wayback machine for Slovenly records bandcamp page which had been deleted and the below was what I found. A band called "Personal and the Pizza" is near the top.
