I looked up the school on Google maps. Is the house you mentioned on Queen Anne Drive?

Editing to say there's a For Sale sign in front of 657 Queen Anne, but the houses in that section don't look run down. There's an empty lot at 4213 Wistar Road, on the same side as the Technical School.
