Weird building right next to Pegasus + 1302 Otis Place + Dubeshter/Gronning Architect ( pizzagate )

Something very fishy is going on. There's a building 2 blocks from pegasus at 1302 Otis Place. It doesn't look like the other residential building in the area

It has weird caged looking windows in 2014 when the street view is taken. RD is friends with Gronning on Facebook. In 2013, he was responsible for demolishing 3416 11th St and he had noise issues that had to be addressed at Maple restaurant https://archive.is/FV1yz
