Lawrence E. (Larry) King was released in April 2001 after serving 10 years for his involvement in the Franklin Scandal. He went to DC upon his release. I've been trying to find current info on him but so far no luck. He is a very important person to research.

Agreed, but, Presidio involved Aquino and the US military, as did Franklin. Dutroux is important because of the huge amount of verified (+ wikileaks verified) documentation on it. Hampstead is important because the children were counselled by Tavistock Clinic. The Finders is extremely important because it literally shows the US (CIA) coverup of an international child trafficking, ritual abuse (mind control) syndicate. That document should be repeated over and over and over if anything.

(this is off the top of my head, there are many more reasons each case is important)

So was Dutroux, Presidio, Hampstead, The Finders and others. This post is white noise we've heard before unless they connect dots with other cases or add some critical thinking to it. People don't get the connections by looking at the cases in isolation. Look at 5 of them together and the patterns that are shared between them make sense.
