warning to anyone with PG-related website with add-income - 2017/01/07 NYtimes article about fake news combat tactic ( pizzagate )

Came across this New York Times article from Jan 7, 2017 via a deleted post: How to Destroy the Business Model of Breitbart and Fake News - http://archive.is/LIlVL - However it doesn't mention PG directly I think the Fake-News content makes it very relevant to PG. I personally suspects that MSM would refrain from mentioning PG too many times and just calling it Fake-News not to make any more heads curious about what PG is

The article talks about a Twitter collective called Sleeping Giants, originated by Nathan Phillips, focussed on alerting advertisers that their adds appeared on Breitbart.com. Their Twitter account states it's goal is: "We are trying to stop racist websites by stopping their ad dollars. Many companies don't even know it's happening. It's time to tell them." https://twitter.com/slpng_giants . The artcicle continues with examples of companies steering their ads clear from racism & hate-speech

But then all of a sudden NYtimes blends in 'fake news hucksters'. The article provides an example that Jestin Colen estimates he made up to 10.000 - 30.000 a month in ad-revenue with his 'fake news empire'. They fail to mention that Jestin Coler in an interview with NPR mentioned that he is a registered democrat and tried to infiltrate the white supremacy/alt-right with creating fake news (NPR Source) http://archive.is/SN2TB#selection-5089.0-5089.267

NYtimes continue to spin the tactic as a alt-right threat: "Thanks to people enthusiastically sharing pro-Trump headlines cooked up by clickbait farms, in the bizarro-world of online advertising, the fake can be more profitable than the real." Which I conceive as a clear warning signal for business owners / readers to participate in these strategies to combat 'fake-news'.

I think it's noteworthy to see NYtimes suggesting strategies to combat fake-news business models, again without mentioning what and who fake exactly is. I would suspect this strategy to be implemented to combat PG-sites. Let's make it clear I'm not claiming that this is happening, I am asking and warning anyone who owns a PG-related website to be on the lookout for activities like this...

As a counter-tactic suggestion, could we implement the same strategy to attack the MSM? Find articles that we can debunk, screenshot adds and ask companies if they agree. Like the article states: "More important, the screenshot activists are forcing companies to pick a side."

Just FYI, there are no "white supremacists". The people being called this are simply whites who identify as whites and care about the future of white people. That's apparently a big no-no and hence only whites are ever called racists.

"Sleeping Giants", ha? What an ironic self designation :). The tide of history has turned, and they haven't received the memo. "Sleeping midgets" will soon be a more appropriate name.

The Pizzagate perps cannot publicly acknowledge pizzagate in any way because there is only circumstantial evidence, so far. This would give credibility and thus would be incriminating. One of their strategies requires the Corporate to have a conscience or a moral code for the display of their ads. I don't think such a thing exists. They are heartless (but legally (in U.S.) they're people). It's putting the moral code or principal (in this case, 'fake news' and 'anti-multiculturalist' ideologies) over their bottom line... which wouldn't happen. Seems as if they're flailing about, trying to hit anything... but, yeah, I agree with islandofdelight -- we need to hit them with what they use on us. Conceptual strategies - it's like the military - that's what they're using on us - Critical Theory, Cultural Marxism, Fabian Socialism.
