I'm a parent. I have zero perspective regarding my kids being "leakers". Unless you are raised in a corrupt environment, I seriously doubt any parent of adult children has any guess what their kids would think/do regarding this topic.

I think sometimes parents are clueless. And given the mindset, it's no wonder Seth Rich didn't confide in him. I do feel sorry for the dad. Had to be an awful shock.

So, Seth Rich, according to his parents, would not "address the problem," by "going outside the system."

So the parents acknowledge that they are aware there was a "problem," I wonder if they were aware there was a problem with the dnc before Seth's death. I wonder if trying to fix the problem -A to Z corruption and criminality - by working inside the system would be any safer for a whistleblower.

Consider if the father, while constrained from doubting the official line, in saying Seth was not a leaker by temprament, and wouldn't have leaked, was not saying that he wasn't involved at all.

Seth still could have been making waves or the source of leak by being targeted himself. Perhaps he tried to go through channels and got nowhere.

Perhaps he liked public wifi too much, or left his phone sitting out while visiting the pissoir of a local brasserie.

Or if frustrated enough, just left his security open knowing he would likely be targeted.

Purely a speculation.

The father would probably end up dead too if he didn't "doubt Wikilaks link". Clintons and Podasta are not afraid of "making an example" out of people.
