People lying have to access a creative part of the brain and that takes them longer to respond which is why they use various techniques such going into great detail about irrelvent details to create what they believe is familiarity.

Other techniques include distancing themselves from the crime, overly formal language, holding of the upper body in a rigid display so as not to give away any expression of guilt, shaking of the head in conflict to what they are saying is true, expressions of annoyance such as curling up a corner of the mouth in disgust and duping delight.

One of the most important things is viewing the videos in contxt of what questions are asked. I have seen so many so called you tube video body language experts pause at a moment to portray someone in a good or bad light, we can all do that to make out point.
