rule 1: If I'm understanding this correctly, there is no evidence Cohen "covered up" pedophilia. First, this took place after Savile died. Cohen only became director of the BBC unit in 2010. Second, this is about having running a "Christmas tribute special" on Savile, without looking into pedophilia claims that were surfacing at the time. There's no evidence Cohen was involved in a "coverup," as far as I can tell. Furthermore, to jump from this to "Harry Potter connection to Pizzgate" is quite a leap.
