Eye symbolism, generic or particular to Washington DC insiders? ( pizzagate )

I'm seeing this same eye symbolism a lot. Any ideas?

I think they will start flooding the market with these. Another way to get people use to the pedo lifestyle. I put nothing pat them. I have seen more and more of these. Not buying any of them for anyone. Nope. I used to think they were cute. Now I hate them. Not the real ones mind you. I love those.
