Alefantis can claim emotional distress due to all of these wild claims about him on the internet and the people bothering him and his friends with phone calls and walking into their businesses with guns. He can say he was not in his right mind which can lighten his sentence or possibly get him off. The guy who called Besta has no excuse.

Didn't take long between call and arrest and they didn't even know who he was.... Seems like an arrest when the perpetrator is known should take no time at all.
