Check this on google maps re: pegasus meseum ( pizzagate )

If you zoom above the street level of pegasus 'museum' till it changes to the aerial view, you notice that the 'museum' is covered in plastic sheeting and wooden boards, so the photo was taken when they were getting the work done.

The building to the right also has plastic and boards on it. so are they owned by him or an associate also. Seems a bit coincidental they would both be having roof work done at the same time.

Yeah tbh this is nothing. Most of the time when people get their roofs redone the company will go around to the neighbors and ask people whose roofs look like they need it if they want to get theirs redone as well. Saves the company money so they can drop ship all the materials to 1 location instead of 2.

It's possible they are owned by the same people but it's not at all uncommon in joined building situations for a roofing contractor to go ahead and let everyone know they'll be doing work nearby and ask if anyone else needs their roof done. The company will often do this at a slightly reduced price as well. Just something to consider.

I noticed this too, is that scaffolding outside the back? It's convenient this place has loads of trees in the yard to conceal what they're doing.

roofing companies usually look for neighbours at projects, might be cheaper if an entire street or more than one house fix their roofing at the same time for everyone, so could be just this

They would normally have a sign advertising themselves also to attract more business but no sign is visible.

Or, have the roof next door removed to ensure better view of the renovated playground from the watchtower.

The small building between Pegasus and the Trolleypark playground should be owned by 3514, next to the white house with the barred second story window and Kids sign.
