As discussed in another post, this pizzabrain place might have a connection to comet ping pong pizza. It would foolish to assume that this was thing only exists in DC. Here's some pics I grabbed from pizzabrains IG account. I want everyone to pay REALLY close attention to the one with the pregnant woman, it is BLANTANT and confirms are hypothesis all along that pizza is code word for a small child.

Women joke all the time about having a pizza baby, when they have eaten way too much pizza so they feel or look pregnant. Just saying that this isn't the first time I have seen this, so it can be easily explained.
