I'm pretty insightful in regards to Downs due to a personal situation (formerly worked for research group at major medical center) but in all the pics I saw of the girl Downs never crossed my mind.

I don't think she does. Before he took his IG private, and before her parents deleted so much, I looked at a ton of their pics and I didn't ever get the impression she had Downs.
