CIA is nothing more than a bloated and antiquated cover for a myriad of secret societies intended to look like a realistic 'Intelligence' operation. Granted, there are many compartmentalized factions of the CIA with useful dupes (men and women, families of people with good intentions) but the name of the game is top-down control. The top brass are the ones controlling the narratives, agendas, and operations. Everyone else is just a soldier following orders. I'd say they are ill equipped/funded/willed, at best, to further the investigation and perfectly designed/organized/peopled to censor/disrupt the investigation. Furthermore, screw hacking, some of the top CIA are pedophiles protecting other pedos.

He, like other's, interpreted the title as making the CIA to look "incompetent", rather than complacent... Fuck complacent, they are the are the ones who orchestrated it. There are thousands of facts that lead any rational person to this conclusion.
