The one with the explanatory sentence was the edit. The original picture was just the baby's face, with Alefantis and the other guy calling each other hotards on the comments.

Edit: I see I've been downvoated by someone who couldn't be bothered to show i was wrong. All I know is every time I've seen an archival backup like this, it's been the baby face with no text on it. I have also seen two different edited versions taken from websites or meme images; one of them was the one with the white text that newworldahead posted above, and one had a screenshot from Urban Dictionary pasted near the baby's chin. Both of these edited versions always came with highlights or circles on the hotard comments, indicating they had been annotated for pizzagate purposes and weren't the original pic that Alefantis posted.
