It could be, but it's the responsibility of the poster to demonstrate that, per rule 1. If the post is more of a speculative question, /v/AskPizzagate or /v/pizzagatewhatever are the proper subverses for the submission, until the connection to Pizzagate gets proven.

As long as there is no sourced proof (rule 2), the relevance is not considered to be demonstrated.
