We need a system that allowes us to take part of the network so in case it goes down we are able to set it up again ourselves. (or at least recover the data)

Some systems say they are blockchain based but offer no daemon or tool to take part of the network. A blockchain solution with just one node is not safe.

I'm not saying maidsafe is not safe, I'm just saying what the requirement should look like.
