Scroll down and you'll see "amhasler" mention "I know the man in that photo. His daughter, pictured, had been given a plush chicken toy that morning. The toy's name is "Baby Bawk". It's adorable."

I can't help but notice that Christopher Ball is from New Orleans. I'm from this area and have knowledge that the biggest human trafficking route is on I-10 from Dallas Texas to New Orleans. The parents, assuming that they are Scott and CC (never confirmed anywhere) appear to be in the Northwest, but there has been no evidence about the status of the little girl after that 1/31/15 time-stamped instagram picture.
