Yea, do not see anything by reputable sites. Somewhat shady sites reporting it with misleading titles. So nothing solid. Let's hope it's not true.

George stated, "You heard it here first" after saying he believed the paperwork was completed, on the President's desk and signed - giving all members of CF amnesty (his word). If that's really the case it will be interesting to see how long they can keep that under wraps. I hope it's not true but there's no doubt George has some good sources.
