A number of legal experts and human rights groups in Denmark have criticised the government’s decision. A spokeswoman for the country's National Council for Children told The Independent the organisation was against the legislation because it “takes the child’s best interest too little into consideration”. <---WTF?

At the time, leader of the green Alternative party, Josephine Fock, said: “It is completely outrageous. We are talking about people who have fled to Denmark who are being split from each other. Some of them have children together and investigating individual [asylum] cases takes an unbelievably long time.”

Arguing that it takes too much time to investigate prima facie abuse of an adult married to a 14-year old?? These people need to be stopped.

If you read the link you posted, you can clearly read that they are talking about refugees seeking asylum here in our country, many of which comes from Syria, etc (war torn places).etc.. Theres alot of underage marriage going on from there side of, which are then brought to Denmark due to them bringing their family etc with them when seeking asylum.. Its not uncommon to see muslim men etc with underage women..

If you read the article, youll notice that its taken out of context.. And shes talking about the laws there is, but arent being fully prosecuted or whatever, due to the fact that when some elder muslim man from syria or wherever he comes from, brings his 14 year old woman which he is legally married to in his own country, then theres nothing to do really.. There should be, but here isnt..
