This has been bothering me for a while....

Why does this email not say who it's FROM and who its TO?

Was this email sent in 2001? (if so, this is pretty big)

Yes, it is based in idaho.

I didn't click the link but are you sure Monica Peterson was on the executive committee of Idaho-based Alert Sense? This is the first time I'm hearing about this

Searching the Hillary batch for year 2001, sorted by date (looking for Jan. 1) I find other mail with to/from line missing.

I found the person connecting Hillary Clinton to the Laura Silsby case. His name is Jim (James) Allen. He was one of the arrested Americans in Haiti 2010. He last owned Metcon Construction in Texas.

In the NYT article he's described as a Texan construction worker. But his high-end DC lawyer wrote a letter to (then) Secretary Clinton, and he was represented by a former Haitian justice minister.

That DC lawyer was Reginald Brown and that Justice Minister was Louis Gary Lissade who passed away last year . Why would these people even touch an obvious trafficking case for a Texan construction worker ?

I also found a lot of sincere scientific research (pdf) concerning both the Silsby case as well as a phenomenon called Child laundering (pdf)

Thanks. I did not realize before that this Silsby case had generated an amazing amount of high quality web sleuthing in 2010 - even if much of the information linked and referenced has disappeared..

I found numerous very well researched articles. Chilling quote from one of the best :

[Silsby] was almost $400,000 in debt. Children in Haiti sell for $10,000 apiece and there were 40 children originally on the bus. Coincidence?

Also, according to the NYT Clinton intervened on the instigation of one of the arrested Americans, Jim Allen, a construction worker from Texas. Jim Allen was represented by Reginald Brown and Louis Gary Lissade. The former a high-end DC lawyer, the latter a former justice minister in Haiti. That's quite the rep for a self-employed construction worker from Texas.

In the MSM all the people involved talk of orphans and orphanages. But most of the children weren't orphans. That means the people involved probably weren't duped. They had to know what Silsby was up to.

Apparently they were partly recruited from the East Side Baptist Church in Twin Falls, Idaho. This church sure has an.. interesting approach to children:

First: Our position is not a statement about other churches or a judgment of the intent of "age-segregated" churches.

Second: At Eastside, all corporate gatherings are attended by all ages. Adults and children ordinarily attend all gatherings together. Children attend church services without being dismissed and instead of attending age specific ministries. We do not have age grouped activities for children and youth.

Third: This does not mean that we oppose evanglistic efforts of some ages. We see the primary duty of teaching believer's children is the duty of parents. Where there are not believing parents to do this we call on other families to bring these children with them to the gatherings of the church.

Sander, who owns a denture-making business in Twin Falls, has done missionary work in Haiti So perhaps it shouldn’t come as a surprise that his daughter sought to help Haitian orphans by planning to build an orphanage in the nearby Dominican Republic — also the site of her eldest son’s wedding this past summer. Sander was called to serve as a minister in communities throughout the West, including California and Idaho. Laura, the second of three children, was born in Farmington, N.M., in August 1969.

Wikileaks even retweeted a Reddit thread.

Wouldn't Wikileaks correct the date if it was wrong?

WIkileaks provides undoctored data. If the data have errors, such as a time-stamped date, Wikileaks is not going to change or fix the error. That is kind of like expecting Wikileaks to fix typos or syntax errors in communications. They are a conduit. The evidence seems pretty clear that she set up this whole "orphanage" scheme in 2009-2010. The 01/01/01 date is a giveaway that it was a computer clock reset error.

Unfortunately it looks like wikileaks was mislead too.

The email has to be from 2010 because it mentions the earthquake which happened in 2010.

Jan 1 2001 is also a typical default date, which would explain why it's dated that way.

It doesn't have to be from 2010 because if you think about it she was setting this up to create an orphanage. There doesn't need to be an earthquake to do this. Where does it say in that email I linked that it was for an earthquake?

Plus, her father used to do missionary work in haiti as well. So I think we need more proof.

I think it's far more plausible that the date is a default date, than that someone sent this email at exactly 3:00am on new years day 9 years before the earthquake that they talk about.

I see the earthquake in that email thanks. Were there earthquakes in 2001? I'm just thinking out loud. Yes, I always think what are the odds it was sent on new years but then when I don't see who it's from I start wondering. Also, Wikileaks re tweets that doesn't help

I want to say it's 2010 but am not fully convinced.

The date seems automatic (like a default). Given the activity happened in 2010, I wonder if it involves a dating error??

Wikileaks just made these emails searchable. They were released from the FBI through FOIA. So they are probably redacted.

it doesnt say who from/to - wkileaks doesnt do 'redactions' but it looks to me like a draft email for marketing purposes

I think this is from Silsby to someone she is seeking money from or to HRC explaining what the needed amount she seeks for the Orphanages and Expenses. I thought she might be sending it to that Church in Idaho that she claimed was paying her expenses to cover the cost of adopting the children for the poor adoptive parents. But they are listed at the bottom. Sure sounds as if she is sending it.

Also, could anyone have just emailed her? Lets say I emailed her around the dates of the wikileaks, would my email show up or would it go to spam? Was her email address available to the public?

With all of the shenanigans she was into, I would think she would have a private email. I noticed at the bottom that an email was not set up yet which could have been just so no one could contact her regarding business unless she gave out the personal one. They can be pretty cagey. This could be the expense list to HRC what she needs for the schools and kids although I am sure they were not lavish. Maybe did not exist at all. That would mean that the email might have been sent during the hacking? That I cannot tell you. Might be a question for someone experienced with hacking. Those pics could have been taken at one place and the children trucked in for pics. All a setup maybe?
