Who knows if they actually confessed to anything?

I can tell you this, in Fayetteville circa 1970, a black guy wasn't hanging out with a white chick and two rednecks.

Interesting how the people who admitted to being culprits died only a few years later (1982) and making many admissions to many people. How could this have even happened based on these confessions and other details?? I do not know this full story, but what we have found so far points to how the opposite of justice could have happened through corruption and control.

I've spent more than half my life believing that Mr. McDonald is guilty because of the book and movie "Fatal Vision". Now I'm painfully aware how easy and common it is for innocent people to go to prison. I can easily picture the jury reasoning, "Okay, either there are powerful, evil people all aligned against the defendant, willing to risk their jobs and freedom faking evidence, lying under oath, and generally conspiring to put this small-time army doctor into prison... just because they hate him or something... OR.. he's guilty and the testimony of the prosecution is all true." Thanks to all this pizzagate stuff and things I've learned from the Truth and Justice podcast and elsewhere, I now realize how vulnerable we all are, and how the right to a jury trial only offers so much protection. I have no idea whether Mr. McDonald is guilty or innocent, but I certainly know better than to assume that justice was done in any given case, especially a controversial one.
