I have a male friend that was homeless in Los Angeles in his youth- he told me he would be asked by adult men if he was a "red boy" which he told me was a term for a young male prostitute- I googled it and the first thing that comes up is a pizza place. Not sure what it means, just thought I would throw it out there.
