I don't think this card was part of the official game. It may have been created after the game was by a fan or whoever.

Although, that doesn't mean there aren't cards that are obvious predictive programming and signs of major events. (pentagon being hit by plane, 9/11 nuke, Julian Assange, even Trump's "Enough is Enough" card)

There's definitely something to these cards, but i don't believe the pizza related one is genuine. I'm patiently waiting for the Project Blue Beam card. I strongly believe we will see this during Trump's reign, to usher in the NWO once and for all.
