I've seen JA use "double mayo" even "triple mayo" in several IG posts as an inside joke, some seem to understand it in response

no luck finding it online - but similar was mentioned in medical lingo here:

*my guess: double mayo = mixing semen

The one with Caris in the back of a car. Comment saying she needs a crate around her. Not sure but that might not be a proper way to transport a baby.
