One customer in the building was the landlord's attorney.

Business owner said perp shot once into a locked closet looking to free kids. The one bullet happened to destroy the computer hard drive.

The business could be observed via a public access traffic cam. The traffic cam was repositioned the day before the shooting. It was repositioned back to its original viewing after the shooting.

DC police filed no charges. Feds "took perp into custody". An unspecified plea deal has been reached
