@srayzie , if you actually bothered looking at the email on Wikileaks, you would have seen it was clearly a page number, as was the "321" on the first page. As this is obviously not a research substantiated post because you didn't even open the original email pdf to see it was a page number, and your title is thus completely unsubstantiated, I am removing it per Rule 2.
