My question is who re-positioned the camera? Why was it re-positioned to a position where the FBI happened to sit? Is there some sort of inter-agency conflict going on here where maybe the DC police are fighting the FBI or something like that? Do the FBI want the cameras on them for some reason? Are they trying to spook Alefantis to make him make mistakes? The more I think about this the more questions I have, but it's certainly an interesting find.

Another thought; not sure how these cams networks are set up really... any chance this cam switching happens because for example the individual cams are dynamically addressed and renew occasionally and the network knows them by their dynamically assigned address, so when cams sharing a certain power circuit, group, or server all renew at once there is a chance (? 50% if two cams in group) that the net will show a different cam at the same location? Just a thought...

Traffic cam is back in position pointed at CPP- 8:54 am 1/26/2017. (interesting the camera never showed the price of gas at the exxon like the last time the cam was used/re-positioned. It said over $3 for gas- complete bullshit. it hasn't been that high in over a year, even in DC)
