Someone I seen wrote that those coins are used for recruitment. Hand them to someone of interest, they follow the symbol, they find the club. Ones handing them are likely involved as no normal person would give away something unusual like that.

About as deep as finding the guy defacing these coins, best bet is to find out what area they are found, look for someone with access to a cnc mill, as those shapes and letters look to rounded too be done by hand so someone would of made block punches with a cnc mill. And i doubt any reputable commercial company would produce those.
