I saw it mentioned again today, the thing that bothered me about Gowdy. If you've watched the Benghazi couple, on the video that John B. Wells did on his radio show, it is excellent. They said that Gowdy refused to interview them or talk with them. That was one of the things.

So is it that the purpose of the hearing is to get testimony and then recommend DOJ action? I'm still not sure the purpose of hearings. I didn't remember about the Benghazi whistleblower being demoted but I am not surprised. Oh I did think of one person who got jail time and that is John Beale from the EPA. If you have not heard that hearing I would highly recommend. Very entertaining. He pleads the 5th but there is still a lot that gets said. He was an EPA big wig who pretended he was a CIA agent. He would tell his boss at the EPA he needed to be gone for x amount of weeks on a secret mission. They'd let him go and no one bothered to check with the CIA to see if he really was employed there as well. The truth is he was at home reading or bike riding, etc. They didn't catch him until he got greedy with his retirement.

It's weird, I've always been on the fence regarding religion, agnostic I guess you could say. But after having researched this stuff, this pizzagate, and child trafficking, and all the nasty stuff that is coming with it. I have been starting to believe in something, something good. With all the evilness out there with all the evil they worship, there has to be something of the opposite.

The real dirt is on Weiner's computer not Hillary's email server. So this letter is really doing nothing. They already have Hillary's emails.

Basically they're not going to find anything else on Hillarys server. This suggests the investigation is a joke. Until the emails from Weiner's laptop are released there will be no prosecutions.

So, the oversight committee will have it, should we get too excited? Will they let us see it? Or will they make us FOIA request it, so several months from now, we'll get some of the emails, redacted to the point of being useless?
Is this a move to bring justice and transparency, or internal damage control? A lot of them will probably be implicated! Will they write it all out for the world to see, with proof, or trickle down some info that is useful to a narrative they are constructing? I just can't get excited over this. It has exciting potential.

Yeah I know, it wouldn't work in reality for most things - with PG because it involves people with money and property and companies and who are in the news etc it's much easier to find things online that it would be difficult for them to get rid of. But it's a nice idea.

I've never seen anything like this citizens investigation, and I've also never seen so much censorship and so much division just over what the facts are. Someone should write a research paper on it all, I'm sure there's enough for a book!

Perhaps Comey's awkwardly worded reprimand of Hillary was his capitulation that the only prosecutable evidence was deleted by his prime suspect; I tend to think he was as consigned to Hillary winning as most of the mainstream world was, and felt the investigation was futile. But now that Trump's keeping him on, I fully believe Comey's going to be free of the Obama/Clinton tentacles and he'll get to do his job again.

The more and more I think about it, the more my instinct keeps coming back to the giant black hole in this scenario: the missing e-mails that Hillary/her staff were able to scrub before handing over to the FBI, and what they really entailed. Now, this is entirely speculative, but seeing as how close John Podesta was to Hillary (She was going to make him her Secretary of State. Just let that sink in.), I can see their proclivities and personal beliefs being similar. Maybe John Podesta wasn't afforded the advance notice to wipe questionable e-mails as was Hillary, and if at all able he would've deleted every pedophiliac innuendo he could.

My previously held theory was the deleted e-mails contained dead-to-rights evidence of the Clinton Foundation's racketeering, but that seems already proven in some of the available e-mails and won't be too difficult to piece together with a select committee. But now that Trump's holding the reins of power, every day I feel like I'll wake up to the news that the missing e-mails have been found, and they're full of pizza and pasta and handkerchiefs and dominos and this entire web of lies will collapse of its own weight.

OK, I am not trying to be Debbie Downer here, but I have listened to many a hearing on cspan and things get revealed, stuff gets said but nothing ever happens. Nothing happened to Lois Lerner. Nothing happened to the guys who bleach bit Hillary's server. Nothing has happened to Clapper who has lied in front of congress I don't know how many times. Eric Holder got contempt of congress and nothing happened to him. Nothing happened to anyone involved in Benghazi. My gosh nothing has happened to the EPA. Now I just started listening to cspan during Barry's admin. Maybe heads rolled in the past. All I know is that I have heard some very interesting hearings but have been disappointed that absolutely nothing of consequence happens. No one gets fired. No one goes to jail. No real changes take place. Thoughts??

I think the PG citizen's investigation makes a good case for future large-scale investigations of this nature to be opened up to citizens, you know like how in recent years science projects started making their big datasets available for the public to help analyse them, which is far less expensive and also got around any issues with insufficient computing power, and of course made the science that the public contribute to with taxes much more transparent and engaging.

Imagine how much more would be discovered, and how much faster, if they just put all those emails online and alongside their own investigation, monitored a place like Voat, where people shared their discoveries and new leads etc. And citizens could put requests in to the FBI if they thought they'd found something that needed further investigation by law enforcement, such as a warrant to enter a premises, or a hidden file on a website that needed checking for CP or whatever.

I am quite sure before Trump agreed to keep Comey on a deal was struck. This letter is the formal part of seeking the emails, but I'm guessing he already planned to hand it over. Right now we are operating without Sessions and they are apparently going around that to move it forward. I'm expecting a mass exodus of ex govt employees on vacation soon to countries without extradition agreements with the U.S.

Looks like the FBI has two weeks to deliver! Will all 650,000 of the hidden emails be released?
