Can selling pizzas pay the rent? ( pizzagate )

submitted 2017-01-29T06:48:40 by Followthecash

I remember seeing in video somewhere Jeffrey Alefantis briefly saying how all he knew was cooking pizza. So he opened a pizza place.

This brings up a few questions to me just thinking about his finances.

How did he have money? How did he get in the place?

I know if I go to the next town over to try and rent/buy a place. I'm going to be spending a lot more money on it. I'm pretty sure if you could take a piece of property and price it against the same property with a lake on it. You would find having the property with a lake on it more expensive. So I imagine that a building in DC with underground tunnels would not be cheap at all.

I guess what I'm getting at is from what we know about JA. I want to hear a story that follows the money.

How did he start making money? Was he taking out loans to get things and from who?
