The Washington Post is running a story this morning regarding a ransomware attack between Jan 12- Jan 15 on DC CCTV. According to the article, the incident was confined to 48 hours. I bring this article to your attention because I believe this could be an arguing point for PZGT deniers/debunkers- that the CPP camera movement was due to it being hacked. The first observed repositioning, during the CPP "shooting", occurred in December- dates not affected by this new attack. The 2nd camera movement was observed between Jan 22- Jan 26- dates not affected by this new attack. I just want people to be aware of these dates as I do believe it could be another avenue to discredit any inquiries.

Just from a quickie peek, here's what I found. 1- morganeyes, looking for this, I ran across an IG account of Ecks Hex . It seems they added @ morganeyes as a friend. The interesting thing about the Ecks Hex page- lady is a band member of Ex Hex (DC based rock band). In t his photo on their twitter account- all band members are holding ping pong paddles. Warrants a look. But not sure about photo location. looks almost like a metro platform. 2- deadbydawn, there is a horror film fest called this, perhaps band is somehow connected?

The link works but without a much, much better explanation, there is no way to tell what it is at all. I still don't get it and I have looked at it four times. Did you take a picture of your screen or what? An actual screenshot of Instagram page or archive of that image...made from Instagram itself, would be a lot better....bonus if you actually have Instagram website link. Few people will go to Instagram, search for name and look for picture. ...and then, need an explanation of why this is suspect. Not just creepy. Everyone knows Sasha lord is fucked up...but that is not evidence of anything.

Loose nuts should be checked often in case the tire falls off and veers left, crashing the whole vehicle.

I need to look a little more, but the camera outside of CPP is a DDOT camera, not an MPD camera, different systems.

I've never her of NVRs being hacked, much less with randomware. Most NVRs run on some form of Linux. That's not to say they couldn't be hacked, but you would have to write malware for that particular flavor of Linux. Essentially a one-off. Makes no sense. That being said, their NVRs may possibly be Windows based, making them more vulnerable.

Understood, but it still exhibits a vulnerability which could be used as a future excuse. I do not work in IT, but have several friends who are IT Fraud Examiners. Until they update their IT Security (will take a long time- govt runs slowly) they are vulnerable. Regardless, anything can be hacked and the majority of internet users are not savvy enough to know how to secure their computers- from my experience in govt, they really suck at it.

I hope someone compiles the ENDLESS timeline of "circumstantial evidence" and cover-ups like this. Once or One hundred times you can maybe chalk it up to coincidence, but 23,798 times without fail, anyone with brains can see the elaborate shit going on here to try cover their tracks.

Nice find. Another possible explanation might be that the usual suspects are hacking it themselves to move the camera position or erase the feed recording, if that is possible.
