So this a hoax of some type as far as being a real book, but page 2 makes it obvious someone with knowleuof the Madeline McCann kidnapping and the Podesta's involvement. They are leaving clues or breadcrumbs for us us to follow. This is important

First it was WTF ... but then I read the date of publication ... yeah, not real .... not. Plus would a book on Amazon really be able to keep up with bids if that were really what the numbers were about?

Its obviously a fake in some way. James and John would not give their own name or even initials. But what is it? What are the codes and prizing of? Not saying other than it was found on Amazon and contains wierd info.
