This has been identified as the organization that tracks individuals with certain rare bloodtypes such as RH negative. This outward sign of this bloodtype can be a coloboma in the eye, such as Madeline McCann, George Soros, & other elites. This is an international registry that keeps track of these individuals in case of need for blood donation etc. INTERESTING.
