I completely agree that Radcliffe/Frank is guilty as hell, but what I don't understand is why this is being brought out as "new discovery". Radcliffe is a branch of the infamous Elpida foundation that is well known for blasting the same pedo symbol on their twitter account (deleted early Dec when discovered), and rampant in all their pics of the facilities......
